How to Request Account Deletion

Through the App

Open the Creek Rewards app, go to Settings ? Account ? Delete My Account and follow the instructions.

By Email

Send an email from your registered email address to:

Subject: Delete My Account - [Your Full Name]

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

Permanent Deletion: Your account and personal data will be permanently deleted from our systems.

Loss of Access: You will lose access to your rewards points, e-gifts, transaction history, and any benefits associated with your account.

Data Deleted: Personal information including name, email, phone number, address, payment information, and usage data.

Retained Data: We may retain certain data for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or legitimate business purposes as required by law (e.g., transaction records for tax purposes).

Processing Time: Account deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once completed.

Identity Verification

To protect your privacy and security, we must verify your identity before processing the deletion request. You may be asked to provide additional information such as your registered email, phone number, or answer security questions.
